Guyabano Shake Recipe. Guyabano Shake is one of the best fruit shake here in Asia and has a variety of health benefits. It has a distinct flavour with white pulp, fiber looking meat that sweet and tangy. The sweet pulp is used to make juice, as well as candies, sorbets, and ice cream flavorings.
Guyabano Shake Ingredients:
- 1½ cup guyabano, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup condensed milk
- 1 tbsp. calamansi juice
Guyabano Shake Procedure:
- Wash ripe Guyabano and cut in half, with clean hands pull the meat out and take off the seeds. Place guyabano meat on a bowl then continue until you have enough of what you need. Place all prepared ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Taste so you can add sugar if you want sweeter or add calamansi juice if you want a bit tangy depends on your preference. Pour on a couple glass, decorate (optional) and serve.
